Abbey Hill has had Baby Bling Pacifiers & Holders tested through a product testing facility that complies with the CPSC (Consumer Product Safety Commission). Pacifiers & Holders have undergone physical, mechanical & toxicology testing. The Swarovski crystals used have been tested for their lead content as well.
