Store Hours: Fairytales Children’s Boutiques in Dana Point and San Clemente, California are open Monday through Saturday 10-6 PST, and Sundays 11-4 PST...the website is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! E-mail questions sent during non-business hours are checked periodically.

Return/Exchange Policy: Fairytales Children's Boutique is happy to exchange any unworn/unused item within thirty days of shipment of order. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges back and forth. We are unable to issue a credit for a return at this time; However, we will be happy to assist you in finding another item. Sorry, sale items are not returnable or exchangeable.

Ground Service is available to Canada for $34.95.

Taxes: Sales tax will be charged on any orders being shipped inside the state of California.

Payment Options: We currently accept Visa and Mastercard.

Special Orders: We would be happy to special order any item that is available to special order. Please call us during store business hours (10-6 PST Mon-Sat, and Sun 11-5 PST) if you are interested in special ordering an item. Availability is completely dependent on the vendor. All items must be paid in full when placing the order. We are unable to take exchanges/returns of any special orders at this time.

Product Submissions: If you feel that you have a product that may work on our website, or in our stores, e-mail us at info@ilovefairytales.com with your product's information.

Please DO NOT call the stores directly as our associates will be unable to assist you. Our buyer will reply to your e-mail if she feels like the product is a good fit, but unfortunately she cannot respond to every submission.

At this time, we are not adding any advertising of other companies from within our store, or websites that have not already been set in place (Which includes photographers, muralists, painters, instructors, etc). We can only endorse products and services that we have used ourselves.
