Return/Exchange Policy: Fairytales Children's Boutique is happy to exchange any unworn/unused item within thirty days of shipment of order. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges back and forth. We are unable to issue a credit for a return at this time; However, we will be happy to assist you in finding another item. Sorry, sale items are not returnable or exchangeable.

We offer Express Mail, 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for an additional $29.95. Please e-mail us at info@ilovefairytales.com to verfiy if item is in stock, and to process. Office hours are 10-6 PST Mon-Sat, and Sun 11-5 PST.

Ground Service is available to Canada for $34.95.

International Shipping is available for an additional charge. Please e-mail us at info@ilovefairytales.com to get a shipping quote. We will get back to you within 48 hours.

Taxes: Sales tax will be charged on any orders being shipped inside the state of California.

Payment Options: We currently accept American Express, MasterCard, PayPal, and Visa.

Pre-Orders: Fairytales Children's Boutique offers customers the option to pre-order items on iLoveFairytales.com which indicate future delivery dates. All items available for pre-order should indicate such in the description with an estimated delivery date. If you pre-order one of these items, Fairytales Children's Boutique will authorize your credit card for 100% of the total, but only charge your credit card 25% at the time the order is placed to reserve the item for you. When the item arrives from the vendor, we will charge the remaining balance to your credit card and ship the product to you.

In the event that you need to cancel the order after the 25% deposit has been charged, Fairytales Children's Boutique will issue you store credit for the amount of the deposit in the form of a gift certificate to be used for future online purchases at iLoveFairytales.com.

All delivery dates are estimated and could vary slightly.

Special Orders: We would be happy to special order any item that is available to special order. Please call us during store business hours (10-6 PST Mon-Sat, and Sun 11-5 PST) if you are interested in special ordering an item. Availability is completely dependent on the vendor. All items must be paid in full when placing the order. We are unable to take exchanges/returns of any special orders at this time.

Advertising With Us: At this time, we are not adding any advertising of other companies from within our store, or websites that have not already been set in place (Which includes photographers, muralists, painters, instructors, etc). We can only endorse products and services that we have used ourselves.
